An informal midweek time of worship.

WOW (Worship on Wednesday) is a relaxed midweek time of worship starting at 6:30pm and lasting for around 30 minutes. All are welcome – we have people from other Methodist churches and other denominations in the area who regularly attend.

We have a variety of leaders, some from other denominations, and you can always expect something different. Some sessions focus on a particular book or passage in the Bible, others relate to the time of year or the interests of the person leading, for example Ascensiontide, Racial Justice Sunday, Bible Society etc. There can be singing, prayers, Bible readings, crafts, looking at Christian art, silent reflection, lighting candles – there really is something for everyone at WOW.
