This Sunday (8th October) is our Harvest Festival. The morning service will be led by Rev Danny Reed and the evening service by Rev Steve Wild, so it promises to be a fantastic day.

We extend a warm welcome to our new minister Rev Dr David Hart and to his wife Rev Anita Hart, who is a supernumerary minister. We are delighted that you have felt led to come to this church, and we pray that our time together will be richly blessed and Spirit-filled.
We would also express our heartfelt thanks to Rev Danny Wheadon, who stepped in and took Mount Charles Church under his wing following the sad loss of Rev Joan Watson. Despite having pastoral charge of several other churches, Danny gave us the love and leadership that we needed at a very difficult time. Danny, we pray that you will experience God’s richest blessings during your final year in this circuit and wherever He will lead you in the future.
Our next Messy Church will be held on 29th June. The theme will be “The Lost Son”. Learn about the Parable of the Lost Son through crafts, cooking, fun and singing and then share a celebration meal together.

Following the success of our Christmas Messy Church, we will be having another one entitled “Hidden Treasure” on Thursday 23rd February at Bridge 49 from 3.30 to 5.30 p.m. Come and enjoy activities such as cooking, singing and crafts, and at the end we will enjoy a meal together. All ages are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
